"The seasons are changing. The lines are faltering, undoing the old and bringing life to the new. Trees will fall, and changed earth will be left in their place. A storm is coming." Finn doesn't remember much about her previous life, and in a world that has been changed by the wars of the Tuatha De, where trust is hard to come by, answers are even more difficult to find. Epic legends of fantasy are beginning to re-emerge, including the leaders of the Faie and other Faieries. Little does Finn know, an unknown evil tugs on the strings of fate, and the answers she so desperately seeks may be more important than she could have ever imagined. Topics: Epic Fantasy, Celtic Mythology, Fae, Fey, Fairies, Medieval Fantasy, Quest, Mystery, Magic, Lore, Sorceress, Druid, Wizard, Conjurer, Mercenary, Assassin, Thief, Fantasy Series, Pirates.

The first book in the series and I‘m hooked. A mixture of fantasy and Celtic mythology. She starts off as a tree that has turned into a girl and she‘s trying to figure out why.

A good start to a series! The characters have depth and purpose. There's adventure, deception, and intrigue. It has an interesting stance on the traditional view of the faerie realm and their interest in the human world, which is refreshing after reading a lot of fantasy and hearing a lot of the same takes on it. On to book two! Happy reading!

Stephen11 I‘m intrigued that it contains elements of Celtic mythology, an interest of mine. 6y

2. Donuts, there's not enough cake on the pop
3. Pretty sure I read both Blood Oath and Shadow Wings in May...if not, then not yet but I'm working on 4. I finished my jury duty service yesterday afternoon! I'm free for another six years!
