I tried the hardback and the audio version and decided this book is not for me! I put it down a few months ago and officially decided to call it quits.
pickThis #KindleUnlimited read is my favorite sort as it includes the audio! So I was able to switch between the two as I followed this rather crazy (yet oddly predictable in part) story that alternates between niece and aunt in the present and two years prior. It‘s fast paced and fun! There‘s even a #PetSemetary reference! #OctoberXFiles @Cinfhen @Robothugs

I‘m struggling with this book. I even got the audiobook for it and it‘s not helping. I find myself dreading my reading time because it‘s not enjoyable

It‘s like every Poe story smushed into one. And I haven‘t decided if that‘s a good thing or a bad thing.
Family secrets are revealed and psychopathy shines through in this crazy thriller with a touch of horror.
