The books starts on that premise, but spins away from it into a cultural clash between two races and the horrible destructive might brought to bear. Fun and exciting. 4 ???? out of 5

For some people it's a cozy English mystery, an intense thriller, a bodice ripping romance, or blood curling horror, but for me, when I'm looking for a comfort food read, it's old school Star Trek, before the remakes and the changes.
