@joscho, something that makes me unique is that I have a lot of nervous fidgeting habits--and I have permanent marks from fidgeting. I have a bruise in the hollow of me neck from scratching, scars at the bottom of my knee; I push my cuticles down constantly. I once got a seaweed wrap during a massage, and it freaked me out because I couldn't do all the fidgeting I normally do!

JoScho Sometimes I wish I would fidget. My anxiety and nerves go straight to my stomach and my mom use to tell me I would have an ulcer before I was 21. I don‘t think I have an ulcer but I have cut all coffee and tea from diet and still struggle with fire gut when I am anxious. We all handle things in different ways and it does make us unique. Thanks for entering 💕 6y

Its probably worth reading if you resonate with this like I do.
It was extremely validating. If you know me well in real life, you would LOL if you read this recommendation:

MAKE YOUR WRITING UTENSILS COLORFUL: Drop the traditional (and boring!) black or blue pen...Whether taking notes, conducting research, or writing out instructions, employing a variety of colors improves mental recall, increases productivity and leads to better work performance.
(I wasn‘t kidding! 🤣)

Wait a minute! I already do over half of these things she is recommending by nature and I thought it was a problem. 🤔
