I‘ve thoroughly enjoyed this book. Set in the 40‘s on a small island of Bahamas, a crime has caused a waitress‘ life in turmoil. From the high societies to the mobs, she intends to clear her name and find the actual killer with the help of an American who inadvertently keeps turning up when she needed help the most!
