Thanks to Netgalley and Kensington Books for the opportunity to read this e-ARC in return for my honest review. A collection of 3 novels from 3 different authors, I‘ve enjoyed the last one best. It‘s historical romance but the first 2 weren‘t as real and somehow didn‘t sound historical. All 3 were well written but the last one by Kristen was the most appealing to me. Good plots, nice vibes with similar epilogues, it‘s an entertaining light read.

Circe | Madeline Miller

I‘m surprised I actually enjoyed this book a lot! I was initially reluctant as it‘s wordy and kinda slow. Surprisingly I‘ve enjoyed every single word, reading it slowly, devouring every adventure until the end. Even when I was tempted to flip to the end but I managed to preserve and enjoy every single page. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Singout I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it too. It was really interesting to see how Circe's story, which I didn't know, ties into those I do (vaguely) know: Scylla, Jason, Prometheus, Odysseus. The mother/son dynamic, and tension between safety versus freedom was really intriguing and well done.

Thanks to Netgalley, I‘ve managed to read a refreshing historical romance! This one was adventurous, unlike the usual damsel in distress kind! Entertaining enough though at times it‘s kinda lengthy during the individual point of view, argh just get on with it and stop thinking too much! 😂😂😂

A dark novel which had my flipping, reading just to find out the ending. Truly enthralling, the outcome was somewhat a cliff hanger 😅

I‘ve received this ARC from Netgalley in return for my honest review. My first Diane Chamberlain and it turned out to be fantastic! It‘s such an awesome and enthralling read, had me so engaged that I was so tempted to flip to the end 😬 Well written with intriguing plots, I‘m truly surprised by the ending! That was not expected at all 😅

I was confused and not quite understand the story at times. Well written but not a good read for me. Surprised it‘s Atwood‘s first novel, written in 1969! The plots here are way ahead of time! She definitely can see the future!

Not a favourite of AC but doable. Quite confusing especially when Poirot was trying to decipher his thoughts to conclude the mystery. In the end, it‘s an unexpected outcome 😅

Finally finished this book after abandoning it midway. Definitely not my sort of reads with it‘s British prose and politics. Luckily the good ending makes up for the overall book.
