pickGoing with a pick for the characters-Medical Examiner Dr. Anna Schwartzman & the team she works with & the mystery was interesting & had some good twists, however it did end in the cliffhanger predicted, involving her stalker ex & I'm not happy about that. My hope is that it somehow gets wrapped up quickly in the next book & we move on, but I have my doubts.😣

SandyW I hate the cliffhanger thing. I'm always afraid the author won't finish the story line, or I'll forget what happened before they do! 😲 7y
DebinHawaii @SandyW Ugh! Me too. 😠And this was a major one. And I looked and this #ARC publishes in July & book four publishes in 2019--so a year. I think if you are going to end on a major cliffhanger with the main character, you should be contractually obligated to get the next book out within six months! 😬 7y
SandyW @DebinHawaii Tell that to George RR Martin and Patrick Rothfuss.. two authors who have left me dangling so long I've given up on their series, even though I've loved them (too long to re-read, and I've forgotten almost everything). 7y
