pickI wasn't sure what to expect, but this was a good cozy historical mystery! I think I first saw it on Amazon, but no one has posted about it here on Litsy and none of the libraries in my library system owns it, but I was able to get the audiobook on Hoopla.

Unfortunately, I did not connect with Olivia at all. As the book began with her identifying her husband's body, she failed to show much remorse even though she considered their marriage a happy one. Yes, she did work to prove her was murdered, but I didn't get the sense that there was much personal feeling involved, especially after she met the 🔻 4mo
It really just didn't work for me. 2.5/5⭐️ Almost a pan. (edited) 4mo
