Poppy McVie is a Fish & Wildlife agent, who gets assigned to Special Ops to gather intel on an organized animal poaching operation in Costa Rica. But Poppy doesn‘t just want to gather info, she wants to take them down. A light & entertaining read. I only gave it 3 stars because Poppy annoyed me with her rogue ways, working alone instead of with her partner. I‘m going to keep going in the series though, because a friend highly recommended it.

She read the whole series quickly and suffered a loss when her time with Poppy McVie was over and is anxiously awaiting the next one in the series.
