Musicians aren’t the only ones walking the streets of Nashville... Most humans have no idea that creatures of lore live side-by-side with them. Laws have been in place for millennia, protecting the unsuspecting and controlling the dark forces. But rules are being broken and the ordinary citizens of Nashville are in danger. Huntress Josie Hawk has her hands full struggling to return her city to peace and safety, and no patience for her narrow-minded father, who has shown up with vows to kill her vampire lover. Now a killer has come to town and the body count is rising. This latest enemy is breathing down her neck, taunting her, forcing her to remember the darkest time of her life. The police-enforced curfew is sending the city into an uproar. Tensions among magical creatures are running high and growing bloodier by the day. Can Josie keep her city from imploding even when she doesn’t recognize her own reflection? From the darkest depths of the underworld comes a paranormal thriller both sexy and compelling, and may leave Josie better off dead.

Pictured book is out today! #Paranormal #romance and the second in the series but for some reason neither is in Litsy so I tagged another PNR by the author.

Pickpick

Readers who like the Kate Daniels series and the Mercy Thompson series should definitely check out Josie Hawk! There is a lot going on in this book and I don't want to spoil it but Josie keeps kicking butt and taking names, Keller keeps helping and putting off his sexy vibes, the rest of the GATE team is represented well - and continues to provide comic relief. If you like urban fantasy with strong female leads, this is a series for you.
