BIBLE IN ONE YEAR - A COMMENTARY BY NICKY GUMBEL. | 
pickFor quite some time now I have wanted to read the Bible in its entirety, but I knew that sitting down and starting on page 1 was not going to work for me (such small print, so many pages 😄).
I put an app called Bible In One Year on my phone and read it in small bits each day. Yesterday, I finished!
The daily excerpts from the Bible were followed up with commentary by Nicky Gumbel which I found very helpful.
So glad I did it!

TheBookgeekFrau I wanted to do that too, but didn't for the same reasons lol However, I did end up reading The Book of God: The Bible as a Novel (it was pre-smartphone dark ages). I really enjoyed it 😊 5y
Slajaunie I downloaded an app called Laudate and if has a whole lot of neat features with the Bible. 5y
