My decision to read this book on Sunday as helped me stay on top of my goal for the month, even though it means I‘m spending all night finish the grading I need to do.

I did read this on Sunday so I didn‘t get as far on the grading I have to do. 😬 There were some interesting bits that I really liked, like the possibility of vampires going feral when they get too old. There was courting and consent - also pluses. I feel like maybe the execution was off and one of the MCs had some of the worst dialogue I‘ve ever seen.
Werewolves don‘t live as long as vampires and vampires can go feral if they live long enough. It seems like Gail Carriger‘s set up for alpha werewolves and vampires, but reversed. I like the idea - immortalish.
Guess who is probably going to start reading this and not grade and then end up staying up super late grading?
(It kept showing up in my Kindle suggestions and it‘s available on Hoopla - what was I supposed to do?)
