I have a confession - I don't like to cook. While I'm good at following a recipe & always receive compliments about my food, I don't have a feel for basic techniques & I'm terrible at eyeballing ingredients & choosing substitutes for recipes. I'm in the rut of preparing the same dozen meals. This cookbook was recommended (BR podcast w/ Jeff & Rebecca? I think?) b/c it contains so much more than recipes. One chapter in & I'm excited.
