If you need a nice easy read but also want a more feminist twist to the old midlife-crisis romance this is the book for you! It pretty neatly captures the colours, smells and the hubub of india from european eyes. Fun and likeable, predictable yet non-boring. Perfect to let the mind travel when the summer holidays are still too far off... šŸ‡®šŸ‡³ā¤ļøšŸÆšŸŒŗ ps: the german title translation is way off and not representative!
