I actually finished reading this over a month ago, but it was a bit of a drag by that point and I only wanted to finish it to have completed the series. I‘m sure I would have really loved this book as a child who adored Enid Blyton stories!

This book was one of my first loves and I'm now reading it with Bella. I feel a bit disloyal saying I'm not sure how well it has stood the test of time. Although I love that this is my original copy ❤️ #raisingreaders

I'm reading this childhood favourite with my two girls, they're loving it and so am I. My youngest, who just turned 6 isn't usually into chapter books unless there if the graphic novel type but she loves Moon-face so is happy to sit and listen to this one. What childhood favourites have you introduced to a new generation?

LeeRHarry These are my favourites to share with the children in my sphere - and of course Roald Dahl 😆 8y
