This was so twisty, so good, loved it

Well written thriller by one of my favorites, Rick Mofina. Well drawn characters, kids actually seem like real kids. Plausible situation and plot. I liked it, but then, I usually like any of his books.

Just finished reading this one last night. Really enjoyed it. Maddie, a 12-year-old teenager is taken from the family home in the middle of the night while everyone is asleep. Some evidence is found in the woods behind the house but the police force refuses to reveal what it is. Every one is considered a suspect.. even more so when videos are found.

I wasn‘t sure how I was going to feel about this one, but it was pretty good. 3 1/2 stars! Besides, that cover is everything!!! 😍😍

Enjoyed this book until the last quarter or so. Then it went off the rails for me. Disappointing.

Wow!! Hold on to something this book will take you for a ride!! It's tangled and twisted. Just when you think you know what is going on...you don't expect the new plot to be thrown in. I won't say how I feel about the ending because that could give it away. Well worth the time to read. Although once I started it was a race to the finish.
