Has anyone done this? Very interesting. My results weren't exactly what I expected, but after further review it makes sense.

Bookwormjillk I did years ago and it was pretty accurate for me. 2y

Interesting and informative. The test, descriptions, and other materials provide a lot of insight.

The companion book to 'First, Break All the Rules', StrengthsFinder is a must read for teams and leaders of people. After reading this, I don't know how you couldn't change how you relate to your co-workers and friends, even. It's much more fun to compare notes with people who know you best; but an interesting solo exercise as well.

A quick read. I wish there was significantly more information about all of the types. However, having access to the online material is great. This will definitely help me in work and in life.

Attending the #LibraryLeadershipOhio training and we all get a copy of this book. Using it for a few exercises....feels like therapy! #LLO18

It's great just won't pay to make an exam to know my talents.

A book good enough to take notes on.

This isn't a book so much as a pass to complete a Gallop poll. An expensive survey for such a little "book."

Required reading for work. I'm not sure it was all that helpful. But then again, I've read a lot of Myers Briggs stuff in the past which I liked better. 🤷‍♀️ Anyone have a good business book they liked/found helpful?

Doing the Gallup Strengths Finder assessment was the most fun piece of career development I've ever had.

Not the most interesting read for this fiction lover, but it's telling me kind of flattering things, and is required reading. According to this photo, my strengths are cookies and beer.
