Life Happens: And Other Unavoidable Truths | 
Life happens! Sometimes fun life, and sometimes not so much. Between obsessing over my bullet journal and then getting sidetracked for several days with an unexpected kitchen project, I only managed to finish three books in January. OTOH, the newly reorganized spices shelf in the pantry is now a thing of beauty!
The mysteries were nothing special, so by default that leaves Gilead as my favorite for the month.

Susanita Meanwhile, I dropped two books from my currently reading list. They were both for book club meetings that already took place, so the moment has passed. In one case, the other members unanimously disliked the book, so it was even easier to drop it. 3y
