But his services don't come cheap. And what he wants is for her to act as his hostess (and preferably his mistress...)
so-soThis was an instant click for me, because it took place in Borgia Italy and that's so rare! But it was a try way to hard dissapointment because it belonged in YA. The main girl was "headstrong" in a way that was trendy, stupid, and foolish and she never really learns from it in any meaningful way. She asks for his help, then tries to escape out a window ?. Great premise, awful execution.
