I returned some library books this evening and repeated to myself “I will not check out anymore books.”

I didn‘t!

However, I did take photos of random books to possibly add to my always growing TBR. Just 10 though!😏

Bookzombie @Reggie Thanks! I check out and return unread all the time. I have a compulsion to check out books. 😬My favorite feature of Libby now is telling it to send the hold later. Lol 4mo

Also, kids are committed. It‘s 37 degrees Celsius here and trick or treaters are all over the neighborhood.

Reggie They want that candy!!!! Also, I can‘t wait to read the new Tananarive Due. I‘ve had it on hold for a couple of weeks already. 6mo

Bookzombie @Reggie I have her new one on hold too! I had her most recent short story collection but had to return before I got to it. I need to remember to pick it back up.

My local library has a book sale twice a month. I popped in yesterday and picked up all of these for $5.00. The top movie is Moana.

Then I got home and immediately realized we already have a copy of Beloved. 😂

Q84 🤣I don't visit much anymore but I've always been the same way... well more. And of course I couldn't finish them all.🙄 I would always tell myself the same about helping the library and all.🤷‍♀️ 1y

Reggie How long does the tree stay up? Lol, last year for us it was well into May. I was kind hoping we‘d just keep it up all year round. Nice stack! 1y

Bookzombie @Reggie May, wow! It varies. Some years I have put it up earlier. Most of the time it‘s a week or so into January before I take it down. It always makes me a little sad. Like the house becomes more dull. 🙂 1y
