There is a perfect mixture of depth to the characters‘ stories and romantic scenes. Fun, easy reading!
pickAfter my first Yates book which I did not particularly enjoy, several members of a FB group I'm in recommended her Copper Ridge series. I happened to already have the first book, so I gave her another chance and boy am I glad I did! I liked Sadie very much and I loved Eli. He ticked so many of my boxes: lawman, cowboy, rancher, grouchy, stoic. Can't wait to read his brother Connor's story.
When a book makes you laugh out loud, and reread a passage and laugh out loud again...yep, I‘m enjoying this one!
