#TBRtemptation post 6! This ain't just ANY biography, it's the authorized one! And of perhaps my favorite childhood author too. So this is definitely on my TBR list. This fleshes out the background of Ronald Dahl and the world at the time, and explains how his iconic creations, for childhood and adult literature, came to be. At 600 pages, you get a lot of depth and detail. Can't wait 😁👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻! #blameLitsy #blameMrBook 😎

LibrarianJen This has been on my TBR for a while now. 7y

Texreader We visited the church where he was was baptized in Wales a couple weeks ago. In his later years he worked to restore it. It now houses a small museum about his work on the church and a small Norwegian deli with NO Norwegian food. Alas. 7y

Thanks Roald Dahl for seeing the absurdity in this. I've been in similar meetings at my work.
