The third bookstore we visited was McNally Jackson. Another beautiful bookstore. This was more by accident since it was next to the Nintendo store.
The Paris memoir is a #BlameLitsy buy since everyone seemed to love it.

WOW!! Im still catching my breath from this INSANE memoir that had me gripped from the very beginning. Cheryl grew up in the most unusual and chaotic family. Parents and two siblings who were literally fugitives from the law. Cheryl didn‘t know from whom or why they were constantly changing identities and continents until much later in her life. With an over controlling narcissistic father & a passive mother Cheryl lived on the edge 👇🏽
Really fun middle grade read with a rich world of elven tech, mysterious creatures, and powers. I loved the hero, Sophie. Now I‘ll have another fantasy book to recommend my middle schoolers.
Kinda wishing I didn‘t like it so much now that I know it‘s up to nine books in the series. 😅 #BlameLitsy
My first #bookhaul for 2023. #BlameLitsy for my purchase of Legends & Lattes, I've seen it get lots of love here. I really enjoyed World War Z, so I'm looking forward to Devolution.

My bucketlist for #scarathlon has 25 things on it - you know what that means! There‘s a bingo in my future! (I totally #blameLitsy for making me into a bingo fiend!)
Less than one week, #teamslaughter! #gofall
I only read this because my daughter is a huge fan, bought it for me at Christmas and has been pestering me all year to read it. It‘s not my usual genre and I would never have picked it up for myself but I quite enjoyed it. It was a very interesting concept, the story kept a good pace and I even liked the characters. All in all, a good book.
This is my favorite by Emily Henry to date. She writes banter so well and you will likely enjoy all of these nice people. Read this one quickly. And I will read anything this author writes at this point.
I had a FABULOUS reading week!!
My favorite was The Brilliant Life of Eudora Honeysett 🥰
“No cry because cookie is finished. Smile because cookie happened.” can easily be applied to Cookie‘s book. I smiled through every page. The Joy of Cookies is pure joy. And now me want cookies. 💙🍪💙
I love Sumi 😅
