Pick two!
Which two books should I take with me on vacation this week?!?
Pick two!
Which two books should I take with me on vacation this week?!?
Finally – another recipe from this cookbook. Mushy peas plus broccoli. They go well together – and the mushy peas unexpectedly tasted like those I know from Great Britain. 😋
I‘m happy and proud. First time I made a mash without “colouring” my whole kitchen at the same time. (A drama, better don‘t ask!)
Adding the salmon for protein and omega-3 fatty acids was my own idea, not the cookbook‘s.
Delicious, quickly made and surprisingly filling.
As promised my rating for the first dish from this cooking book.
It was tasty. The picture might transport a little oddness but the carrots bathed in Teriyaki sauce. Delicious‼️
To be honest I only just saw in the end that the courgette was supposed to be served cold. Since I wanted warm food I needed to improvise a bit … 🤷🏽♀️ It was still tasty.
But, guys, really, I never get along with the time given for preparation. I always need more.
I‘m feeling a tiny bit sorry that this one expired before I managed to even cook one meal by following the recipe. But a) what about giving a f**k 😉 b) not doing so was my own fault since I copied a handful interesting recipes and c) the taste of the presented meals might have more to do with my cooking skills than with the assortment in the book.
Apart from that: I am sure the meals will be delicious.
I‘ll keep you in the loop. Promise‼️
Picked ten recipes today that assertedly shall be prepared in almost no time.
I don‘t know yet when I will try one – but I surely let you know how it went and how it tasted.
Not book related but #PenAndPaper #MissionLuna 🚀 broadcasted on #Funk with my significant other❣️ 🥰
Look what I found on my online library‘s wish list by pure chance‼️
A cooking book for only two vegetable ingredients. I‘m definitely heavily looking forward to browsing in this one and trying the recipes. I hope they are good ones and that they don‘t require complicated spices or so.
