If you could only read one management book this would be it. Everything Lencioni writes is common sense, but most of the time we complicate our work lives unnecessarily. I‘m taking a break from mgmt books now. With the world on the brink of collapse, I‘m focusing on my bucket list reads. (Business mgmt books are just not great literature.) 🔥
