I finally got around to listening to this book for #booked2019 #politicalintrigue. This is not my type of book. It read like an action movie.. there was a bit of a mystery. It was entertaining but nothing outstanding. There is literally an entire chapter, maybe 45 minutes of the audio book where they do nothing but guess different passwords in which I was about to scream. I won‘t go out of my way to read more Patterson

alisiakae Well, that‘s disappointing. I don‘t typically read Patterson, but have thought about trying this one since it is co-authored by a former President. 4y

alisiakae @MelissaSue81 sounds like it probably wouldn‘t be for me, either! I usually avoid the authors that churn out dozens of similar books 4y

Scochrane26 I used to read the women‘s murder club books but stopped after about 12. I get irritated that Patterson puts his name on everything but really someone else wrote the book. At least, I‘m assuming that since other authors are named on the cover & based on the amount he churns out. 4y

Cinfhen It was Bill Clinton whose name as author made this book seem appealing! But I guess he‘s not much of a good storyteller 😂 4y
