I didn‘t find this one to be quite as accessible as Thich Nhat Hanh‘s other books, and I don‘t know if it‘s because it contains more about Buddhism or because it‘s all about something that I have a lot of trouble with—suffering and forgiveness. This is a message I‘ll have to hear more than once!

Know thyself, I guess. 🤷🏻‍♀️

DivineDiana I am listening to an audio of another Thich Nhat Hahn called "Happiness" now. Just think his writing will be helpful now. 7y
