I absolutely love Linda Ronstadt but this book is all about the music with a few anecdotes thrown in. I wanted more of her personal life and experiences. She shares only one of her boyfriends Jerry brown and doesn‘t say much. Her kids appear in the last chapter and she doesn‘t mentioned that she adopted them or when she did. They just appear.

Next book up.

Happy 70th Birthday to Linda Ronstadt, one of the most underrated singers of her generation (by my generation, anyway). I was raised on her and her voice still destroys me - I even drafted a short story where she was the main character. This reminds me I need to read her memoir! Do go check her out.

Started this one based on a recommendation, but just couldn't get into it at all.
