The Marauders' Island is a YA Fantasy about a 16-year-old mage named Azria who lives in the land of Miz, and is the daughter of a woman dubbed "Pirate Queen Apzana." Mother & daughter haven't seen each other in 5 years, but after a shaky reunion, they go off on an adventure to raise the mysterious Marauders' Island. I loved this book! It's fun, exciting, & #fullofadventure. Read it ?

A quick and engaging read about Azria, a mage of Miz and her pirate mother. It's fun, and charming, and there's a variety of characters who I enjoyed getting to know, enough that I'm hoping there will be more books about them, because this one (unsurprisingly) is very much the story of Azria.
