Maybe this is unfair, but I read a sample of this book and it was AWFUL. Why? Maybe because of the narrator‘s repetitions within a few pages or the name of a person spelled 2 different ways. We all have our own viewpoints and experiences but if I can prevent someone from wasting their money I am glad to put my opinion out there. Too many better books.

Thanks to #netgalley for the ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review. Another mesmerising read from Sue Watson. From the first chapter I was hooked. A domestic thriller I couldn't put down. Your new sister in law knows your biggest secret. In a tension filled family holiday everything and everyone are not as it appears to be. Suspenseful writing with an ending I didn't anticipate. Secrets and lies at their destructive best.
