so-soMeh. The writing was good, but not to my taste. Dark humor for shock value kind of writing. The characters were sensational in the way that tabloid headlines like “WOMAN GIVES BIRTH TO ALIEN BABY WITH TWO HEADS” are sensational. This was basically fucked up people doing fucked up things. There were a couple plot twists, but none of this made the book particularly interesting. It just wasn‘t for me. 2 1/2 stars.
