This was a quick read which I read as a break between the last book I read and it‘s sequel. It was adorable and very cute, but I think that if the storyline had more development, it would be a five-star book. Right now I‘m giving it: ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5

A witch kidnaps the daughter of a merchant, and they start to go on adventures together. The opening premise still doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but I really enjoyed the art and the character development throughout this graphic novel. Always delighted to stumble on books with #LGBTQ representation as well! #Comics #GraphicNovel #Witch

A queer young adult graphic novel! When Sanja meets witch Lelek at the market, Lelek kidnaps her and demands she teach her swordfighting. Sanja has a terrible dad, so it's a blessing in disguise. As the two travel, they go from enemies to friends to love. I love how the story was filled with queer ppl! The intro of Sanja's brother who does [spoilery bad thing] was a bit abrupt though. I liked the drawings but I wish the colouring was more subtle.
