The graphics are getting a little more cartoonish but the story is a lot better than the illustrations. In this volume, we read how the Trashcan man get to Vegas to meet Flagg, Mother Abigail disappears, the main characters form a ad hoc committee and we see Harold getting worse with his mind. Love the story and will continue with the graphic novel series.
Halfway done! Page 2 is completed.
I am really enjoying this series. In this volume, Bernice turns on Emmy, tries to kill the Haints and get rid of Emmy once and for all. There is an evil reason behind this which comes back from previous stories. The storyline itself is wonderful while I'm not a big fan of the illustrations. Looking forward to the next one in the series.
Thank you to everyone on here who wished me a Happy Birthday and also for all the cards, stickers and the TMNT postcard! I love you all and you made my 50th birthday week very memorable. 😍
Still cute and adorable in this volume. Chi is all about playing with her friends outside. Yohei runs away and Chi is afraid of something brought into the house. Graphics are still awesome and absolutely love this series!
Getting through my Shaun Tan fix. This book was wonderful and totally heart warming. Graphics were soft and beautiful and the words just made me sigh. It's about a dog and his/her owner and how they find each other no matter what. Just a simple wonderful book.
This just keeps getting crazier and crazier. This one focuses mostly on the past. We finally find out how Dodge became evil! Very sad and bloody. Ending definitely creepy with the look “Bode“ gives in the panel. Wonderful all around and graphics are awesome as well.
So happy I picked this back up to read again. This volume is basically the group walking towards finding Mother Abigail and the trials and tribulations they go through to get there. Graphics are amazing and of course the story is as well.

I tried to continue with the series but I realized that each volume is basically the same story but with a different killer. I'm ok with stopping at this volume and not finishing it. I understand the origin of The Sandman and that's cool. But I can't keep reading the same story over and over again. Life is too short.

Wow! What a crazy and insane volume! As usual our bad guy trying to look like a good guy is slowly but surely creeping in to finding the Omega key. Hearts are broken in this one and somebody comes back to shed light on what is happening. That end though! As soon as the truth was found out, it was like a roller coaster. Loved it!
Ah I can't get enough of Chi! Such a cute book with her antics. More of her playing outside with the other cats. There was a brief sad moment but of course Chi prevailed. Love the artwork and looking forward to continuing with the series.
It's been a while since I've read the first volume but this book did a nice job of recapping in the beginning. Max is trying to get used to the new timeline where Rachel is alive and involved with Chloe. However, a stranger pops up in Max's life and things get a little weird. Great story and awesome graphics.
I liked this volume much better than the second one. In this one, there is a female serial killer targeting and killing men in extreme and weird ways. This time I figured out the killer pretty early on but it was still a great story. Good graphics. The only thing is that Dian is getting a wee bit annoying in this one and I hope she calms down in the next volume.
