"Gone in Sixty Seconds "meets "Heist Society" in this edgy novel about a crack team of teenage criminals on a mission to learn to trust, build a life, and steal a wish list of exotic cars. Jules Parish has screwed up. After three years of boosting cars, she got caught. She s "too good "to get caught, but she let her (ex)-boyfriend talk her into a questionable job. And now she and her little sister, Emma, will be kicked out of their foster home, left to survive on the unforgiving streets of Las Vegas alone. Unless. Eccentric, wealthy Roger Montgomery wants to open up his mansion to Jules and Emma. The only catch? Jules must steal seven of the rarest, most valuable muscle cars in the world in seven weeks. Even worse, she s forced to put her trust in three complete strangers to help her do it. First there s Chelsea, the gorgeous redhead with a sharp tongue and love for picking locks. Then there s Mat, who hasn t met a system he couldn t hack. And finally there s the impossibly sexy car thief Nick, whose bad attitude and mysterious past drive Jules crazy. With nothing in common and everything to lose, can Jules and her amateur crew pull off what could be the biggest car heist in history? Or will things spin out of control faster than a Nevada dust devil?"

Pickpick

I really wish there were more YA books about cars or racing😍 This book was pretty enjoyable, I really enjoyed the plot and the heists the characters had to do, though I did find it a bit repetitive through the middle of the book. However, the pacing of thos book is fast and something is always happening. The characters had different personalities and little quirks which I really liked, and I loved their dynamics. Overall simple yet enjoyable read

I really like the activity feature of the Libby app. This is much more fun than the regular library app. 📚😀

Send help, Litsy friends! My overdrive app has stalled out on all of my devices and won't download anything. I have a road trip coming up, so naturally this is a problem. Am I the only one who is struggling or are the rest of you having problems too?

Ruri_kaichou Crisis! I haven't used OverDrive in a few weeks though. Have you tried closing the app itself and opening it again? Or restarting your devices? Maybe there was an update that made things wonky... I hope it works out soon! 7y
Hestapleton @Ruri_kaichou Just tried all of that to no avail! Plenty of space on my phone too. It's a mystery! 7y
Hestapleton Turns out, the solution involves downloading via overdrive on my laptop and manually transferring to iTunes and my phone. PHEW. 7y
Ruri_kaichou What a process! Glad you were able to get it work though. Hopefully, it will right itself soon. But more importantly, crisis averted 🙌😁 7y

Help!!! I am confused!

If you use Overdrive and Adobe Digital Editions and sometimes buy epub ebooks, how do you authorise all of the things? Do you use your overdrive acct or Adobe ID or what?

I accidentally bought an epub (thought it was a PDF🙄) and opened it on Overdrive on my phone (didn't know I could do that!) Then spent a good hour trying to authorise on PC (seriously!!). Finally worked, but would like advice on correct (easy) procedure!

rockpools Thanks in advance for any advice! 7y
rubyslippersreads You might be able to get help in the forums at mobileread.com (edited) 7y
bookishkai What do you read on? If you're using a nook, you can download right to the device, and if you're on an Apple product you can open any ePub in iBooks, completely bypassing the overdrive/adobe situation. 7y

rockpools @rubyslippersreads Thank you - I'll have a look there. 7y
rockpools @bookishkris Normally kindle, but would like to move away from that so I can access epubs etc. Didn't know about iBooks - I think that was probably what I was trying to do when I ended up in Overdrive & ended up in pickle. Thank you. 7y
hyacinth Have you tried mobilism? I think there should be a function to override that and if not, it converts formats too. 7y
rockpools @hyacinth Hadn't heard of that - thanks 7y
