Confession: I am horrible at persuasion. I have never figured out the best way to pitch an idea that makes it seem credible & memorable. This was hands down awesome Easily digestible & practical information along with great examples. I could see them practicing what they preach in the actual text itself. This felt like it was using tricks from psychology to help create memorable ways to market your ideas/products.

Having studied psychology and read some pop-psych titles (cough gladwell cough), it didn't necessarily feel like anything new, but it was put in a new context for me (business and marketing).

Interesting read about how ordinary people can create ideas that have impact. Similar in style to Malcolm Gladwell's books.

Love books by the Heath Brothers. Simple. Actionable. Worth a read.
