3/5⭐ Each chapter describes some background of a figure, includes rituals & recipes, & highlights how contemporary artists are using these figures in their work. The info is interesting for a very intro level, w/ further readings listed & glossaries but no in-text citations.
I expected an author who's been active in the Pagan/religious community for decades to know that Lilith is not a goddess & that she & smudging are part of closed practices.
