One of my IRL book club besties picked this as a buddy read. I'll read just about anything but this is actually quite useful. It's not mind blowing but it makes you think logically about negotiations.

This book is a about negotiation as the titles staes. Giving as the insights and how to deal with all levels of negotiations. Also how to resolve the conflicts of negotiation. This is an amazing book for those who wants learn or deal withe negotiations better and how properly execute them.

The motif of this book is obviously negotiation, how to properly deal and resolve the conflict.
