Good exciting thriller 👍🏻 second in this series and I‘m really warming to the MC. Didn‘t expect the ending, but then it tied up neatly.
Thanks @JennyM 😘

I picked this up after Jane Harper‘s recommendation in one of those end-of-year best book articles. And I‘m glad I did because it was the quick, easy read thriller I was looking for. Straight off the bat there‘s action - a TV presenter shoots himself live on air. And then there‘s the intrigue - was it suicide or could it be murder even if he pulled the trigger? Fast paced with an ending that brought it all together nicely, I really enjoyed it.

erzascarletbookgasm Sounds good. Will look it up. 4y

JennyM @erzascarletbookgasm @Buechersuechtling it was a good read that didn‘t require too much thinking on my part - a bit of escapism 😄 4y
