I‘m behind in the monthly cozy mystery club books as this was June‘s book. I hope to finish July‘s book this week so that then I will be on track.
Book 155 of the year.

This cozy is set on the shores of a Wisconsin lake, where generations of Rain Wilmot‘s family has summered & run a community lending library. Rain, a complicated, wounded, character, returns to Lofty Pines to heal from the sudden death of her husband. But a murder on her property intrudes on her qrief, creating mayhem in her life. This mystery kept me engrossed with its unexpected plot twists, family secrets & rekindled friendships.
Em photo bombed this photo- starting a #cozy tonight while watching Yankees v Red Sox, tied at 41/2 innings.
Murder at the Lakeside Library was a very entertaining read. It has laid the groundwork for what I hope will be a long-running series.

I‘ve gotten this e-ARC from Netgalley and surprisingly, it was a fast paced and exciting read. I‘ve enjoyed the mystery and how the story planned out.
