I spent time debating what to rate this book. It bounced between 3.5 and 4 out of 5, but I decided to round up to the four star review because though this book was very simplistic in its writing style, the world building and plot were absolutely mesmerizing. The writing style came off as very amateur at first, but I came to not mind because the story is another one that falls into the “comfy read” category for me. Easy and enjoyable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Onto my next read! It has been forever since I‘ve delved into a good sci-fi novel, and I‘ve been getting promising reviews for this one! I actually got this book from a “blind date” subscription from a small business here in Denver! Though the business is based out of Colorado, it‘s an online store so anyone can enjoy! In this entertaining read, Zax wakes up in a different universe every time he falls asleep. He tries to do good where he can wherever he lands, occasionally finding a companion on his travels, until an enemy from his past catches up with him. A good heart, intriguing characters, and a fun "Dr. Who meets Quantum Leap" vibe make this a pick for me, although I'm not so sure about that ending.

The writing started off a little clunky but it got better further on. I think the concept of traveling to different worlds when you sleep is super interesting. The author definitely set it up for a sequel, so I hope it happens!

Bk2 from today‘s #bookmail is a science stretching multiverse story about a man who wakes up in a new reality every time he sleeps. Some worlds are utopias, others dystopian so he learns to fall asleep quickly in the bad ones & stay awake as long as possible in the good. But someone has discovered his ability & now he‘s being chased from world to world by people intent on draining his blood for its secrets.

I got my balcony garden planted yesterday, so I have this green on green on green view. 😍 And look at me, reading scifi!
