A sweet and short novella that is mostly just a charming meet-cute and small introduction to some of the characters.

I just blew thru this 80-page novella (of which, only about 60 pgs were this particular story. The rest is an excerpt). Too short to really get invested in the characters, but it still had the charm and warmth of RaeAnne Thayne‘s full-length novels. A storm leaves Gemma stranded high in the snowy mountains, but she is rescued by Josh and stays overnight at his warm, cozy cabin while the roads are cleared. (There‘s a sweet dog in the story, Toby!)
