So glad that my library‘s Hoopla collection is stocking the new issues of Saga as they are released! Can‘t say I enjoyed this chapter as much as the last. I didn‘t find the artwork as impressive in this issue, either. The cover was actually my favorite part of the whole thing. The cliffhanger was definitely unexpected. Still excited for the next one, though, as I think this new era in the story has some interesting threads already.

I typically don‘t review single issues anymore but I have to say, I. Love. This. Comic. A three year hiatus didn‘t slow it down at all. Staples‘s art is gorgeous—as always. Vaughan‘s writing is great—and always takes you somewhere you weren‘t expecting to go. It‘s as shocking, thrilling, amusing, entertaining, mind-blowing, you‘re going to get yours-ing as ever. Cannot wait to see where they take this story. Things. Are. Happening.
