I found this book interesting, it gets repetitive though but I still liked it and the way it was compiled.

I'm looking forward to "Forest Bathing" when I visit my homeland, Scotland at the start of April.

Being in forests is one of my fave things to do, it brings so much peace and quiets my mind.

It also delves into the health benefits of being in nature, it really is an essential thing for us humans and we need to get back in touch with it.
