Hints for Young Writers is one of those timeless classics where Marden, an editor himself and a writer of over 50 incredible books, tries to leave for posterity his knowledge and insights on that beautiful art and profession. In essence, it is a complete course on writing directed to anybody interested in this craft, and in doing so with excellency. It is a back to basics in writing, and even though it is 100 years old, it is still amazingly current. I am not that young anymore, but I am planning on taking some of these great hints, and applying them to my work.

This is another book I give infinity out of five stars to. So much wisdom. This man is truly a treasure to me♡ The chapters are very short, to the point & packed with inspiration. It awakened something within me that I cannot wait to explore further. If you are an author, or dabble in writing, I cannot recommend this book enough! It is an old book, so if you have trouble finding it, let me know & I can point you in the right direction.
