This book is one of those rarities that are so amazing they leave me speechless. There isn‘t a single thing about this novel that I didn‘t absolutely love, but my favorite aspect was the way Ziva‘s social anxiety was portrayed. Additionally, there is plenty of action, yet it didn‘t overtake the plot. The supporting characters added so much depth to the plot as well. The romance in the novel was the perfect amount in my opinion.

#WondrousWednesday @Eggs

1: Master of Iron and These Hollow Vows last Saturday
2: Impossible to say. I read Blade Breaker, Forging Silver Into Stars and Recursion this month and they're all awesome... And tied.
3: NYC is my favorite place in the country and I want to live there.
Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean and Seattle/San Juan Island.

Eggs NYC is amazing! I do want to revisit 🍎 3y

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Not quite as strong as book one,but still filled with action and romance and magic, this is a good ending to Levenseller‘s newest series.
My main complaint is that I only had access to the audiobook instead of a hard copy or ebook, which made me read it much slower, and I think some characters/moments I would have liked better without the narrator‘s vocal choices.
Overall, though, I definitely recommend this duology to teen fantasy fans!

Where do I begin? Tricia Levenseller is an absolute gem to the bookish world, her writing is absolutely fantastic and the character building is superb, especially in this book as we see Ziva's journey with her social anxiety and her feelings with Kellyn. This is one of the most romantic books Levenseller has written, and I loved it! As usual the plot and world building was fantastic and I adored the range of characters. Absolutely amazing overall!
