Living Life as a Thank You Journal
Living Life as a Thank You Journal | Nina Lesowitz
3 posts | 1 read | 1 to read
Building upon the foundational wisdom of the best-selling Living Life as a Thank You Nina Lesowitz and Mary Beth Sammons have created a journal filled with life-changing practices and encouraging advice to take readers through a process of self-transformation and personal growth. The friendly format not only provides readers with tried and true thank you techniques and practices, but also allows them to take part in creating their own. The act and power of gratitude has a direct effect on our lives on a physical, spiritual, mental and emotional level. Studies have shown that living life with appreciation leads to a greater sense of well-being and happiness. The secret to a happy and fulfilled life may rely on focusing on all the good, rather than what is lacking or not going well at the moment. Living Life as a Thank You: My Journal is a toolkit for this transformation.

Those friends that are part of the library of my life have always been there unconditionally and they know I‘m here for them. I include here family members. Due to their constant support, I haven‘t stop perusing dreams, goals. Thank you friends, Litsy community. Thank you life to allow me share these wonderful experiences.
There is a beautiful song dedicated to friends, “A Mis Amigos” “To My friends” an old song but power of words are timeless.

Gissy That translation was taken from goggle.
#WinterReadathonDailyChallenge December 26 prompt-Thank you

Next prompt- show books you received in Christmas- Most of the time I receive books as gifts during Litsy swaps so I always show the books when I open the boxes. This year a friend gave me a gift card from a bookstore and I will buy a book but later, without a rush.

This book has me feeling a bit confused right now. Probably 90% of the content is made up of stories from people who learned to practice gratitude in their lives. Most of these stories aren't particularly unique or inspiring. As a result, they feel very repetitive. I guess I was expecting more actual research. It's also not particularly well written so that doesn't help.

ChasingOm Oh bummer. 😕 7y
