

I don't normally "do" self help books. But it was my therapist who suggested this one for me because this one is about taking actionable steps in pursuit of loving yourself. It doesn't just say "you gotta love yourself". I have actively implemented many of the tools she provides and have found a marked improvement in my mood, the way I treat myself, how I talk to myself and view myself & it's helped me through the bodily changes of pregnancy. ⬇️
