Dan Mora's art!! 😍 Mark Waid's writing! 🥰 There's something so classic and earnest about the way this is written and drawn, feels vintage but not corny. No doubt it's my shipping goggles, and the 'fan request art' by Dan Mora (IYKYK 😘), but I feel like the one body, one mind combo moment with Green Lantern power and Batman's reaction to a certain plot point is just more fuel on the ❤️BatmanxSuperman❤️ fire. 😉 Here for it. 😛

This series is simultaneously classic and fresh, nostalgic and new. It hearkens back to the 1966 Batman show, while incorporating elements from Chinese mythology. This balance reflects its intergenerational creators: veteran Mark Waid and wunderkind Dan Mora. It's awesome to see Mora reunite with colorist Tamra Bonvillain, his partner in crime from Once & Future.
