I did not like the writing style. It was too jumbled and meandering for me. I also didn't officially like Sebastian and since it's all from his POV that didn't help!

The main problem I had with this book was that I didn't buy the main couple. I didn't understand why they weren't together if they were in love.

PuddleJumper Everyone around then thought they were a couple, there wasn't an external factor keeping them apart, it wasn't because they were friends. At least make them stupid or something, have a reason.

There were also too many characters I didn't care about. This is a stand alone set in a shared universe. Maybe I needed to read the other books first.

TheAromaofBooks I read a book not long ago where they main characters just basically kept being like “if only we could be together!!!“ And I was like... you can??!?!?!? I was so confused about why they couldn't be, and it was never explained! 13mo
