Maomao must help keep Consort Gyokuyou safe during her pregnancy. I felt like this had quite a bit of filler? Or at least, it didn't feel like it solidly came together as a single story for me.

The frog scene is very cringe.

Overall, I didn't like this as much as previous volumes, somehow. Maomao is still a very fun character, though.
